Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics is a low impact exercise for adults of any age or ability. Classes are held in water 4 feet deep and no advanced swimming skills are required to participate. Come enjoy a healthy workout in the water with music, fun, and new friends.

Aerobics Information
Walk-ins are welcome to join. There is no registration necessary, but the daily admission fee is required.
